BECOME A USI CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR™
AND OFFER OUR CURRICULUM
The Unmanned Safety Institute® offers certain individuals within qualified partner organizations and the opportunity to become a USI Certified Instructor™ who is authorized to teach USI curriculum to students in specific geographies and markets. A USI Certified Instructor™ is an individual who possesses the requisite skills in aeronautical knowledge and instruction to deliver classroom-based education and/or field-based flight instruction utilizing USI’s proprietary technology, curriculum, and materials.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Successfully complete USI’s training program for the program of study that is desired to be taught (Small UAS Safety Certification or Visual Line-of-Sight System Operations Certification).

2. Maintain a current teacher certification from a state department of education or hold a valid FAA Basic Ground Instructor certification
