VISUAL LINE OF SIGHT SYSTEM OPERATIONS (VSO™)
Ensure each crewmember is trained, proficient, and ready for company operations
Offered through various USI Partner Academy™ facilities across the nation, USI’s Visual Line-of-Sight Operations (VSO) certificate program includes all the hands-on and curricula necessary to ensure adequate remote pilot-in-command training for every student. Our goal is to guarantee total immersion into the systems and techniques of unmanned flight in order to ensure a complete understanding of aircraft systems, performance parameters, emergency drills and procedures, FARs, the ATC system, meteorology and weather, operations specifications, MELs, launch and recovery.
Completion of one of USI’s online flight safety training programs (Small UAS SAfety Ground School or Small UAS Safety Certification)
